Gamal J. Palmer is the Founder of Conscious Builders – a global consultancy focused on leadership advancement and organizational behavior and culture change. The pioneer of "Relaxed Leadership,” his methodology empowers senior leaders to navigate current and future crises, enabling them to lead with intentionality rather than reactivity.

With nearly two decades of experience, Gamal’s a global expert in organizational leadership, communication, and belonging. His diverse perspective has been informed by his work in countries in Africa to the Middle East, as well as his studies at Yale University and Oxford. He’s worked with hundreds of board members, executives, and CEOs, guiding tens of thousands of team members to improve workplace culture through his proprietary process.
